We believe that as we honor God in doing things His way and relying on God to change hearts, the resulting joy-filled generosity will fully fund God's work. (Ex. 36:6-7)
Whisper Mountain is blessed to have friends and partners who are excited to share in the great opportunity to reach the next generation for Christ. Reaching young people with the message of Christ is expensive. In fact, as a new ministry fees generated from the programs at Whisper Mountain covers only a portion of our operational budget. Without God's people joining in partnership with us we could not accomplish all that God has called us to do.
Whisper Mountain Ministries is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All gifts are fully deductible to the extent allowed by law.

OPTIONS FOR GIVING:
1. Full-Time Staff: Whisper Mountain is blessed to have full-time staff members who have dedicated their lives to God in this ministry. God has uniquely gifted each one of them to carry out His work here. WM Full-time staff are either self supporting or on faith base support. Because they were willing to step out in faith and trust their financial support to God's leading in the hearts of friends like you, WM is able to commit resources to other critical ministry needs to help this new ministry get on its feet and grow. These individuals have an amazing heart for God and a sincere desire to share the message of Christ with the young people that we serve.
There are several reasons why giving financially to support our Full-Time Staff is one of the best investments you can make:
- All money that is given for staff ministry support goes directly to that staff person. WM does not take a percentage of that money for ministry expenses or administrative fees.
- Full-time staff at WM are on the frontline of ministry, reaching today's tough youth culture with the message of Christ. In 2009, more than 900 students and adults attended one of the WM programs. They help to create the "defining moment" decisions that brings healing to their hurting hearts.
- Finding a need and meeting it...WM staff strive to be the salt and life within the local community they live in. They actively participate in Fellowship of Athletes of the Middle and High Schools, Bible Study Groups, and provide facilities for local school field trips and functions.
- By giving to our Full-time staff you join with them...you are making it possible for them to do what God has called them to do....you are making an investment in sharing Christ with more young people.
2. Camper Scholarships: ($280 underwrites 1 student for 1 week of camp) It is our desire to Leave No Camper Behind due to lack of funding. WM desires to reach many high risk and under priviledged youth each summer by giving them an opportunity to attend Youth Camp or a Retreat. Would you consider helping to make a difference in their lives? A monthly gift of $24 or one time gift of $280 will allow one camper a life changing week as they learn how to have a personal relationship with a loving God.
3. Summer Staff Mission Support: Serving God by Serving Others. Our summer staff are missionaries that are supported by family and friends while they spend their summer doing something worthwhile and invest in the lives of others. We know it is a special calling from the Lord, and it requires certain commitments. Generally speaking WM provides room and board plus a small weekly fee while the balance of their funding they are asked to raise from their church, friends and family.
4. General Fund: Funds used where needed most
5. Building Fund: WM is a new ministry and continaully has need for improvement and expansion projects that our general budget doesn't allow for. You may give to the Building Fund or Underwrite a specific project - check out our Project and Needs List .
6. Non-cash Gifts: Life Insurance, Bequest, Auto, Real estate, Boat, etc.
