This past weekend we had what we call our Lumberjack Day!

Basically, we invite anyone who wants to put some sweat equity into Whisper Mountain Camp to come help us with some property spring cleaning. This includes dropping trees that could be dangerous with campers around, cleaning up and splitting the wood, and also deep cleaning our cabins for the camp season ahead!

We are grateful for those who came to join in with us. In the three hours they worked with us, they made such a HUGE difference for us helping to carry the workload!

We say pretty regularly how we see our volunteers as superheroes because we simply couldn’t do what we do without them! Lumberjack Day proved it again! Many hands make light work!
