Ladies’ Craftivities Retreat
Create White Space.
Finding white space around our everyday living helps us unwind, breathe slower, and freshen perspective. Be intentional to make room in your life for a weekend of creativity, beauty, and connection.
Work With Your Hands.
Even those who would never identify as creative or crafty find this weekend of creating and working with their hands to be fun. New experiences can infuse life into you again, and leaving with something you made has a satisfaction all its own.
Find Connection.
Coming into a relaxed atmosphere with other people looking for the same refreshment and fun creates a space where connection comes naturally. Whether you bring a friend, family member, or small group with you or you come on your own, you will feel seen and loved in this intentional space.

OUR WEEKEND LEADERS
LEAD ENCOURAGER | Kim White
My husband, Bill, and I have been married for 42 years. We have lived in Fort Myers, Florida, for our entire marriage and have been members of McGregor Baptist Church throughout that time.
We are blessed with four children and fifteen grandchildren, with another on the way.
For more than 30 years, I have had the joy of teaching women’s Bible studies at our church, as well as speaking at various ladies’ conferences. I am also the founder of He Is Your Life Ministries, a ministry created to encourage women in their daily walk with the Lord.
My passion is to walk alongside women, helping them grow deeper in their faith and relationship with Christ.
LEAD ARTIST | Christy Burch
I’ve been an artist my whole life. Inspired by my mom at a young age to play with different mediums and ideas, I chose to go to East Carolina’s Art School and get a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration.
As a young adult, I worked as a Graphic Designer in a marketing department and married a handsome fella from my hometown who encouraged me to start a design business of my own.
Having four children in exactly six years caused my design work to eventually take a backseat to motherhood and homeschooling for the next 26 years during which time I learned that teaching art was a practical way to incorporate it into my days and I’ve been doing just that for more than a decade.
When my last child graduated from our homeschool and my parents passed away all in quick succession, I decided to convert a room in my home to my first-ever art studio and embrace this new phase of life.
