Another Way For WM to Proclaim Christ

As the story goes, he was standing in the shower when a light shown from heaven and the brilliant idea flickered into his brain: We should start a Whisper Mountain Podcast!

The brilliant idea is brilliant; something people have suggested for years! We even had another couple seriously contemplating it (life and beginning a family made things tricky!). While I know it would greatly benefit camp to have a podcast — another way of encouraging people, engaging people, and expanding our reach — I simply didn’t have the capacity for more! [NOTE: I love when God brings His people along for the work He wants them to do here! He’s so gracious and kind and exciting!]

When Brad received His brilliant revelation in the shower, I see it as God leading him to be the guy that could make it come to life! When the Lord plants ideas, He will make them grow and flourish! Brad’s wife Brinley was excited to join him for the adventure so together the Mitchell’s are hosting Whisper Mtn On Air — the new podcast of WM!

They have fun and creative ideas and a connection to the ministry through being a camper and a staff! They will be fantastic at helping to expand our reach, sharing encouragement, and engaging people with what is going on at Whisper Mountain and the people of this place as well!
